Here at Higher Society Glass we pride ourselves on our quick shipping speed and ease of transactions, please be aware that Higher Society Glass cannot ship on Weekends and Major Holidays, all packages should be shipped within 3 of payment being received. If on the off chance your address is unable to be shipped to, you will be notified.
Upon placement of your order, you will be contacted via email. The email will include the following information; the sub-total, shipping and taxes as well as any promotions and discounts utilized on the order. Please be sure to provide a valid email for this reason.
All orders shipped by Higher Society Glass will require signature upon delivery, if for some reason you are unable to sign for your parcel, the shipping company will either re-attempt delivery or hold the item at the shipping depot. If under this situation you are unable to retrieve the parcel, it may be sent back to Higher Society Glass, if you contact us Higher Society Glass can have the shipment re-routed back to you. Higher Society Glass is not responsible for any additional charges stemming from re-delivery.
All our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If your address is outside of Canada you may have to pay import duties and taxes which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any duties and taxes, please check with your local tax office or customs office for further details.
Upon Shipment you will be contacted once again via email with your tracking information. This information will allow for the tracking of your package on its trip to its new happy home!
